Technical Consultancy and Architectural services related to from use to maintenance of all kinds of power generation and its related products.

Objects to be pursued by the company on its Incorporation:

• To carry on a business of manufacturers, sellers, importers, exporters, suppliers, and dealers of all kind of power generation equipments (conventional and non-conventional methods) with the general electrical power supply company in all its branches.
• To provide all types of engineering/infrastructural facilities including construction, Technical Consultancy and Architectural services related to from use to maintenance of all kinds of power generation and its related products.
• To manufacture, import/export and act as agents and dealers in all kinds of electrical instruments, automatic reactive power managers, various types of electrical panels, motors, generators engines etc., with all other allied electrical and insulating items /materials like copper and aluminium conductors or other conductors made of any material or substance in India or abroad.

Objects incidental to the attaining of the main objects:

• To buy all kind of plant, equipment, machinery, etc., useful for carrying on the main business of the company.
• To enter into agreement with any company or persons for obtaining by grant of license or on such other terms of all types, formulae and such other rights and benefits, technical information and equipment and machinery and to arrange facilities for training of technical personnel by them.
• To establish, provide, maintain and conduct experimental workshops for scientific and technical research with the promotion of the studies of scientific and technical investigations.
• To enter in to partnership or into any arrangement /amalgamate for sharing profits, union of interests, co-operation, joint venture, reciprocal concessions with any other Company having objects altogether or in part similar to those of this company.
• To enter into any arrangement with any Government Authorities, Municipal, Local or any person or company that seem conducive to the objects of the company and to obtain rights, privileges, charters, contracts , licenses from any of them.
• To apply / obtain any order of Central/State Authority for enabling the company to carry on any of its objects for effecting any modifications of the company constitutions.
• To improve, alter, manage, develop, exchange, mortgage, enfranchise and dispose of , any part of the land, properties, assets and rights and the resources and undertakings of the company, in such manner and on such terms as the company may determine.
• To create any depreciation fund, reserve fund, sinking fund, provident fund, super-annuation fund whether for depreciation or repairing or maintaining any of the properties of the company or for redemption of the debentures.
• To procure the incorporation and recognition of the company in the country and to maintain local registers and branch places of the main business in any part of the world.
• To engage in research in all problems relating to industrial and business management and distribution, marketing and selling.
